I have not heard anything about Pierre leaving..maybe they had a fill in bassist for a gig or two. Great band!!

Pierre had a stroke and as of the DKM show did not have the hand coordination to play bass. I read somewhere that Jeff moved to Florida so I am not sure what that means for the future of Raygun. The last 5 years or so since they have reunited have been awesome though. I bet I saw them 10+ times.
